DAFS strongly believe that those affected by a loved one's addiction need to stay well & practice self-care, to be in the best position to be strong enough to support their loved one when they are ready to start their recovery journey.

We will continue to add useful links to this page, to build a resource library that can be accessed when needed.

We have a selection of support leaflets about key topics, that have been put together using resources from various information in the public domain as well as from our own lived experience & group discussions with the families we support.

 

Our beneficiaries also have access to a small library of books - these are available upon request & with a small returnable deposit.
